Minimalist and modern weddings have become some of the most talked about weddings amongst guests and couples alike. Engaged couples often fall in love minimal weddings because of the clean lines and even timeless details this style offers.
Less is more doesn’t always mean missed details or over looked décor for couples. Minimal and modern weddings are often inspired by the couples personal style or even inspired by the décor and aesthetic found within their home. Clean white walls, greenery, geometric shapes, and even the feeling of industrial or rustic are commonly found within minimalist and modern weddings.
To bring this style to life, we partnered with various wedding vendors to create a shoot that was inspired by this wedding design.
Situated in the heart of St. Petersburg, Green Bench Brewery was chosen as the venue to host this minimalist and modern event. The brewery was the perfect backdrop for this styled shoot. Greenery, white brick, and industrial details all host for a warm and unique ceremony & reception space. To dress the space, rentals of macramé, raw wood, tables, romantic florals, and custom stationery were added to create a wedding space that was elevated yet modern and minimal.

For the minimalist wedding stationery design, we wanted to keep the simplicity of the couples inspiration, but create one of a kind pieces. Every design we make is tailored to the couple and the wedding they are hosting. For this styled shoot, textural layers in the simplest form were used to created a bold yet minimal design impact.
Inspired by the wood and natural elements found within the brewery and shoot, wood envelopes were used as an anchor to the rest of the design. While the enveloped were a bold design, the rest of the paper story was very modern and minimalistic with tones of white and grey.
“The textural layering and minimalist elements worked together to highlight but not overpower the simple elegance of the design. The natural walnut wood envelope was a most talked about and a wonderfully unexpected textural element that I loved incorporating in this design to make it truly unique.”
